“Stocks Post Best Rally of 2009 on Improving Citigroup Outlook“

“It’s time to start putting money into stocks. Stocks are cheap and worldwide stimulus will eventually help lift earnings.”

Right?

Well, no. Something is striking me as strange and indeed worrying about the ‘largest stock market rally of 2009′ because it turns out, it is solely based on a leaked internal memo by Citigroup.

The memo says it is about to amazingly make a consecutive 2 month profit… After 5 months of consecutive loses.

In the middle of a recession/depression/economic collapse.

And as all other financial institutions post record-breaking losses…

Does that sound even remotely likely to you? What is going on here?

The memo caused stock markets across the entire globe to rally. One leaked statement from a Citigroup CEO caused ripples in the entire economy of the world- not only is the world desperate for good news, but a crash may end up based on the lies of some of the most corrupt corporations in America.

If you watch my video here about Posse Comitatus and read this article you will see that not only do Citibank know they are screwed but they have also lied about how well their company is doing to reassure people in the past. Back in November the CEO made virtually the same reassuraces as in his new memo that his company was “strong and stable” and that it’s capital was “plentiful.” 2 Months later in January the TRUTH came out, and they reported a loss of $8 billion and another $12 billion in losses from continuing operations.

One thing is for sure- if Citigroup have lied again the consequences for the stock markets of the world will be dire to say the least.
